Yeah I`ve been sick for two weeks I had to be on stupid antibiotics.......

today was my first day at DA GYM ..... holly crap ...I couldn`t do much ...

I hate that feeling of comin` back

plus I couldn`t eat while I was sick

but I`m gettin` there ........

Thanx ... billk ....

I just had cold and ear infection for few weeks but didn`t have time to go to the doctor, because of the school and work.....

I felt like as if that`d be my frist time at the gym..... I lost a lot of weight.....So, I`m gonna do some light weights for some time and then I`m gonna follow one of the programs....

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about your illness. Think it's my turn now though. Been fighting the grunge the last 2 days but I think I'll go to the gym tomorrow get a machine workout and call it a rest for a week or so.
