i lift 3 days a week, mon, wen, fri. i would prefer to lift 4 days a week, but i got to college and have a full time job, so my scedual is kinda limited when it comes to that, but on Mondays, which i do chest, shoulders, and tris, i find myself spending and hour and a half in the gym. The thing is that i take extreamly short breaks between sets and i do not BS with anyone (except for this one hot girl, but that does not count.) any advise on speeding up the workout without sacrificing lifts

I think you do it right
I know it`s hard to combine school, work an gym plus other stuff... I work out 3 days in a week too, my schdule looks like this
tuesday chest, tri thrusday back and biceps saturday legs shoulders
I could sqeeze in fridays but don`t wanna workout 3 days in a row
make sure your workouts are intenseand you get proper nutrition...

you can go to the gym early in the mourninig..that way you'll have the rest of the day off...another point is not to rest too long between sets...keep within a minute every time

Sometimes it's hard to do but I give up time in other areas to go to the gym.

I think chest and shoulders is a full workout without the triceps. These muscles should be worked in so many ways/angles. Can you move triceps to one of the other days (like when you work your biceps)? I realize this will add time to another day but it might help. Also - I think it might be better for your recovery to work triceps and biceps on the same day.
