I have never heard of it. Where did you find it and what is it for?

I have tried it, but I don't think I did it long enough to notice any serious results. I dropped in bodyfat and increased muscle mass, but I was on a very strict diet as well at the time, so I can't say that the colostrum did it for me. I'm curious to see if anyone else has tried it and what results they got...

Colostrum is the substance that comes out of the breast prior to milk. It is rich in many vitamins and aids in immunization for infants. I have not tried it but it seems to be the latest and greatest according to the adds but thats every supplement. I am curious to hear if anyone has gotten good results flex911

Who was the guy who said you could sell anybody, anything, just make them think its best for them. I'd have to say that it probably good for babies but not for adults. Immunization benefits last until the baby has developed his own system which is about 6 months if not mistaken. I just can't make the logic jump here people.

Is this human colostrum? if not I'd be seriously looking for allergic reactions when taking it.

Deeder, whether you want to lose or gain weight, it has to start by actually eating more frequently. You'll have to eat 5-7 meals per day in order to come close to 2400 cals. Believe me, after a while, you'll get used to it and your body will actually tell you it's hungry. Feed it every 3 hours or so and you'll be fine...
Good luck!

I eat 2500-3000 a day as a matter of fact. Just eat 5-7 meals a day and try to make sure each one is 400-500 cals each. Add that up and you are easily eating 28-3500 cals a day.

Organos, I believe it is most likely bovine colostrum. I too tried it but did not notice anything in particular. Of course, when eating so much and supplementing with a variety of things, it is often difficult to acertain which one has had an effect.
