When I first started lifting weights I had muscle soreness and only when I changed weights or exercises.With the FT program I seem to have more than usual. I hope this is a good sign that something is finially working..
just make sure that it is muscle soreness not joint soreness. Regular muscle soreness kicks in about 20 hours after training and last for about 48 hours.
make sure you have good form during the exercises and never go through ego satisfaction..that is to put more weight than you can handle with the correct form. Keep it up Amr
Good form is a must. You will notice later down the road that it will take more and more to get you sore, so therefore enjoy it! Listen to what arnold and Amr_Mr.Olympia said.
