Hey. I was wondering if like the 'Ab Slide' or Torso Track actually work? You know where you like roll that thing? I've been doing like 50 leg lifts a night and like 100 situps a night. I guess they're working, but I want a cut up stomach :)

If you really believe that they work, then they might work for sometime, but no forever. There is no exercises for cutting the stomach better than the basic leg raises and sit-ups..so if you want to save up your hardly earned money and not waste it on nothing..better not bye that stuff..My mom got one of those torso track things lately for herself, I tried it and it is worthless. Hello esco,
Ab machines work but you can achieve results without them. Try the 12 week ab program which we offer here at FreeTrainers.. be sure to follow a proper diet as well. We help you with your diet also free of charge.. go to 'Nutrition Program' on the left menu.
Good Luck!

I don't think the diet is really a problem, I do like 100 situps and leg raises a night. And like my stomach is hard, and i sorta have a six pack, but theres like loose flesh around it? I heard cutting out all fat, will actually make you fat, that seems to be the problem. I served 1 year in prision and did what I do now, and was really cut up, and that was on prision food. I do like a half hour of working out, and a half hour or so of running on a treadmill usally 2 miles then I work out for another like 35-40 minutes a night. Then after that I do the situps/legraises. Maybe I should get in trouble again :)

good diet is the best exercise for the abdominals. Ab machines are for people who like to be in comfort when they exercise, which sort of defeats the purpose.
You should only really need to do half that number of situps. Try holding some weight to your chest, and doing sets of 10 reps. As long as it is challenging enough, then u will see results
