Definetly not friend....the art of bodybuilding is about symmetry... I had this same problem. My trainer suggested that I Start all Bicep exercises which involve movement of the hands seperately,(e.g. alternate bicep curls)first with the weaker hand and give the last rep on the weaker hand again. Also consentrate a lot on the weaker hand during all arm exercises. Try and get them to the same size.

When I first started training 2 years ago..I had the same problem..I could overcome it by using barbells in my arms workout instead of dumbells...I concentrated on the best form I could get no matter how low the weights were..until now I am known in my gym for my extremely strict form..and now I can say that my arms have same strength and shape. One other thing..are you sure that it is your arms strength and not the symetry? because many people have one bicep more flat than the other..if that's the problem then concentrate on peaking your flat biceps. Similar problem here. I pretty much have equal strength in both arms, but symmetry is off. I'm right handed so I'm more thick in that arm rather than the left. Not much but a little.

is there anything that can be done about that though? Do u learn how to write with your left hand, and then alternate left and right hands when writing? Has anyone noticed that tennis players have one really big forearm and one skinny one?

you can do lots of concentrarion curls and pulley curls to increase the bicep peak..with size you can do two more sets of dumbell curls on the weak arm every workout, also concentrate on the form when doing barbell curls...by time, your arms will even out Amr
