Here it is
Breakfest: 1 Muffin, any flavor type, usally 250-300 g's of carbs, 1 Whey Protein Shake, 28-30 grams of protein. Glass of water.
Lunch: Some type of pasta, no where near 100 grams of carbs, and a decent amount of protein. 1 whey protein shake. Glass of water.
Dinner: Steak, Hamburger, Any type of red meat, 1 whey protein shake, glass of water.
Throw in some fruit for a snack during the day, and you have enough energy, and not a lot of calories, to stay fit.
Sound good?

Hi esco, Your meal sound pretty good but you should have 5-6 meals and these are easly done by adding a couple of supplement shakes or protein bars.

Instead of muffins I would have 2-3 eggs, and alittle more food in breakfast, I would have my protien shake with a small snack between meals and not with them..but generally, it sounds good Amr

I agree with Mr.O. Have the shakes with snacks like three times a day and three small meals opposite shakes. That's what I do. IT seems I'm always satisfied foodwise. Stay focused. The Hog.
