Hi, I just want your opinion because i have been stuck on 250 max bench for a 3-4 months. I mean i have been trying everything to make it go up. It wont. I am not overtraining. Any suggestions???

simply add increments of weight...try adding a 2.5 lbs plate after each workout or week instead of adding like 50 lbs every month...

Muff_man_aj, why would you post such crap? I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything but I really don't think jacking off is gregi187's problem. I think your quality time in the porn sites are NOT paying off here. If you really don't know an answer you should take the time and do some research and LEARN.

For a week, do higher reps and with medium weights. After the week is over, try increasing the weight again.

Sometimes you don't think your overtraining. what i do is lay off the chest for a week . i tend to come back well rested and will usually be able to increase my weight

I was thinking about your problem, why dont you try out creatine, it gives you a strength an power boost.Thatll let you increase your weights.
