Cardio advice..

Well for the next 2-3 weeks or so i cant bike cause of some knee pain.

So I've been thinking , couple years ago i was in martial arts and would it be good to do like a workout of kicks , punches for cardio ? I did like 10 minutes today and boy do you work a sweat...I cant just sit here do nothing im gainning fat too fast.

Let me know what yas think , thx

Hi bombx, My advise is to rest your knee. If you can do some walking it might help. It will take longer but at least you won't do any more damage.

a participation in any martial art can be a great cardio session as well...I run for about 20 min then warmup and stretch for about 15 min before I start beating the hell out of my punshing bag...

but you ought to get some rest for the knee too heal propely

try cutting down the rest in the weightroom
