the protein drink i take has 21 grams of protein per serving and 130 calories. i usually take three a day. when do you guys think is the best time to take them?

one after your workout, otherwise morining noon and night is when I take them.

Also try to take them between meals and and to take it at least two hours before workouts, to give time for digestion and absorption.

take them one serving before ur workout and 2 ater ur workout
