Hi, Ive been working out for the past one year and have a 'good' six pack with defined bricks. My problem is that if i relax my gut, it bulges out. Does anyone have any input on how to flatten it?? Thanks Franco
If you don't have a roid gut or you have too much fat on your waist, then don't worry about your gut size that much, unless they are really big. May be you are just alittle paranoid. I used to have a similar problem, but I realised it was just normall. Amr
