im just wondering if the 12 week mass special really works. it seems like it is not enough working out. you only work each muscle once a week, and only a few exercises. I would definately be doing less than i am now. DOES IT GET RESULTS?
Definitely yes. Most weight traiing has gone from 6 days/2 times to one day/week/bodypart. You get the same amount of growth. But yes you still have to lift heavey to get big.
