Your body can only handle a certain amount of protein at one time. I take Myoplex Deluxe by EAS; it has 42g of protein. I take one shake about 30 min after I workout and one sometime before bed. All my other protein I get from food. 20g should be OK if take it 2-3 times a day. Just eat more if you think you need more protein.
Just a reminder that EAS Myoplex Deluxe not only has 42g of protein but includes 23g of carbohydrates and 2.8g of fat. It is more of a meal replacement. I think they are great! A little on the thick side though. Another good quality protein I like is PVL MY-X 40 : 40g protein, 1.6g fat, 22g of carbohydrates (does not have the Hollywood price tag EAS does).
