Does it take long to loose fat?

I've been able to tone up quite a bit, but how long does it take to loose the fat in the stomach. I know body fat is like snow/ice. It doesn't just go away in sections. What can I do?

u need to combine diet and cardio as well as ab exercises to melt the fat off...
as far as nutrition goes stay away from fried foods, butter, margarine, high fat diary products, and most fast foods which are pretty greasy.

go for 3 or 4 cardio sessions a week and vary it as much as possible

train your abs according to FT..if you find it effective enough

I think abs can be done five times a week. I don't see that hurting anything. Just go up in intensity and amount moderately.

I've heard that the abs are like any other part of our body. That I need to let it rest. Are you sure I can train them 5 days a week?
