I have been sick now for a few days and I've missed three days now on my 12 week mass plan. I tried one day, but there was no energy to speak of. Should I just miss one week and start back when I'm solid and go for one week longer to replace the one I lost? Can anybody relate to my situation? Thanks. The Hog

Whats up again bro? Im not going to write a book this time about something though so dot worry. I just had oral surgery about a week ago and could not lift untill this last tues. but i was too on the 12 week mass. If your only into your first coulpe weeks of it, then go back to your program manager and re-start the program so that it will start over as of next monday. Then rest up the rest of this week and remember to eat right and start fresh on mon. Thats what i did. (but squats are killin! can barely walk, let alone "push a car" haha!) Hope this is a good idea. See Ya Bro....-snow

Hey bro,

I would say miss the week then catch it up. But only go half out on the week that you return - listen to your body. There is NO sense in training while you are sick.. you DO NOT make any progree. Sure people think that they atleast went so they must get something out of it, but it is 100% psychological at that point.

Rest.
