when you were listing your gains from the 12 week mass program you said you went from 12 to 9 percent body fat. i am just wondering if you did cardio and how you dieted?
actually I didn't do ANY cardio. Those are my genetics.. my metabolism is simply super-fast. My diet? Well I put in about 4-6 meals a day.. high in protein mostly.
i also have a fast metabolism. i concentrate on my protein intake throughout the day so im fine there. did you up your carbs? did you eat late at night?
I don't eat late at night. Final meal is around 10pm. Then if happen to be up past 1am or so I will have some cottage cheese which contains protein which are digested slower than others which is great for the late night. My carbs are pretty high however due to the amount of pasta I consume..
