My biceps are the same way. Left is 1/4 inch at times larger than the right. Strength changes from one day to the next. I do a lot of dumbbell isolated curl exercises - incline press, hammer curls, alt. curls, etc. This way I can really target the weaker or smaller of the two. Its normal for the size differance as long as it is small. As for the left being the only sore one. Try hiting the right harder with isolated curls.

I have the same problem. My left arm is a little better then my right. I wonder if it has something to do with blood flow patterns?

I was thinking of it today and thjought could it be my triceps because my biceps have pretty much the same strength.
