Does anyone know how to keep a constant mucle contraction in a mucle? For example, I have nice sized biceps when flexed, but they look flabby/loose when not flexed. How can I train to keep them tighter?
Train heavy. Mass is the only way to really firm it up. If you have excess bodyfat, get on a training routine that will burn that fat away so more of your muscle will show through the skin, thus appearing tight. Creatine will actually make your "pump" last longer (at least it does with me anyway). That may help, too.
