Hi kibbz, I haven't heard of any gum or seen it advertised in any magazines. Who makes it? I have a book that has a lot of stuff in it. Maybe I can find out some more on it.

If it works that way that is great. I just havent heard of very good results with chewables/pills for creatine. Most drinks now have pretty good transports. But hey, try it and let us know. (how much creatine is in them) -snow

two grams per piece. it says to chew one before a workout and one after. you guys should check it out on a search engine.

Theres a chance that all two grams will not get absorbed though. Depending on how the transport works. Also, a good overall dosage is 5g a day, i take 10g a day because not all of it absorbs. But did you already buy this? As long as there is nothing else harmfull in higher dosages in that stuff, then maybe try like one before and two or three after your workout. I dont know man it is hard to tell without ever seeing it. Ill check it out. -snow
