I am male, 6-2, 230 pounds and my age is 33. I have been an athlete seen I was a teenager with a very husky build. Since I turned 31 I have not been very active, however I still workout 3-4 time a week. Over all I am in great shape, however my waistline is the trouble spot. My workout includes cardiovascular workout for 40 minutes each time I am in the gym and I don't eat junk food.
