i have tried taking many different types of creatine. ive tried it with no sugar, with sugar as transport, and this new TRAC stuff. i just dont see any great benefits from the supp. could it be that it just doesnt work for me? has this happened to anyone else?

Did you load for the first five days? How long have you waited for results? Cell-Tech works for me, and another good one is Pro Performance Pure Creatine Monohydrate in apple juice! -snow

The results are subtle and may not be noticed except for a little increase in your ability to recuperate while excercising. The increase weight of 5 punds along with some muscle voluminization is also a slight notice. Are you lifting heavy or for endurance? More "gains" will be noticed with mass work.

Also creatine works for 70 percent of the people. You might be part of the 30 percent it dosn't work for.

stop taking it for a few months and then load up again...you should see some difference then. i'm the same way....i just don;t seem to get too much out of it. By the way....creatine is creatine is creatine....

try atp liquid creatine serum it works good. Sugar-dont take it try to avoid alot of it because sugar couldnt be processed without taking nutrients out from the muscles making them smaller.

sugar also tells the body to store fat. so even if you work out your body will not burn as much fat as you could have. use natural sugars found in fruits and carrots if you have a juicer.
