Yes. How long have you been training? It could also be bad nutrition. How old are you? If your over 30 try taking vitiman B complex about one hour before bed time.

Are you taking anything with ephedra in it? ie hydroxycut Some diet pills can cause insomnia also.

are you 13 years old? If so,do you stay up and play video games or watch television? If that is the case try going to bed with the light out and the TV OFF. Go to bed at least 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour before you would like to be sleeping. Don't be eating any sugars or drinking anything that contains caffine at least 3 hours before heading off to bed. Also at your age I really don't think it is overtraining but rather a lack of rest and not eating the proper fuel burning foods.

You might want to try a hot bath before bed. Also, melatonin might be helpful and is harmless. Try it, and let me know..it is inexpensive too.

the only supp im taking is protein and i dont play any games what so ever, and hardly ever watch tv.

if you work out at night try getting up earlier and working out in the morning. way too pumped up to sleep when i did it at nite
