Hey folks- I just signed on to FreeTrainers and i'd like a little advice. I'm trying to pick the program that's right for me. I'm interested in some good all around toning and gradually building of strength/muscle mass. I'd like to get rid of the little flab i have around my stomach and define my abs. My question is, can I get rid of that flab and define my abs on the Progression Gains routine, or do I have to work on the Tone and Weight Loss routine to lose the flab and THEN move on to the Progression? Any advice is appreciated.
the flab is pretty minimal. maybe an inch or two. but enough to bother me and hide my lower abs. my body fat percentage (just by calculating online with weight and waist) is 16-17%.
