Ive been going to the gym for about 2.5 years now. I have tried different programs, including the www.musclenow.com program. I have had muscle gains everywhere apart from my chest. Its starting to bother me now!! I have selected shoulders and chest in my ft programme (4 chest excercises once a week). Does anybody (with a big chest!!) have any advice?
Im not taking genetics as an answer!! :-)

Give me an example of a routine that you followed for the past 2.5 years (Chest Only).

how many times do you work chest a week and if you have huge ass delts then get on the decline or try to bench without so much shoulder assistance.

Cheers guys,
I've tried various routines, the latest, for my chest was every third day, flat bar bench 4 sets, incline bench 4 sets, flies 4 sets. I would alternate every 2 weeks between 4-7 reps and 7-11 reps.
My ft program has told me to do chest once a week, incline bar bench, flat dumbell bench, incline dumbell press. Only on my first week, I'll keep you posted.

Ditch the flat barbell bench press and do all pressing motions using dumbbells Concentrate on decline and incline. As for flys that is a cutting routine and I would drop it and focus more on basics. Besure to lift heavy pyramid up and back down to where you started.

cheers all for your imut,
Billk, I'll give it a go. Any idea why my ft program doesnt include decline bench, when selected the chest option?
Never mind, I'll be sure to add it in.
Thanks again.
