Do you think that it is okay to do aerobics on your rest days? Or should you just really rest the whole body?

I would not run like a marathon though. Most importand, keep up you diet and stretch those muscles!

I try to get in a kickboxing or bodycut class on my off days....and was wondering the same thing...but I would think it's ok...as long as you don't overdo it...
