If you've read my injury post about my back, you'll know that I had a visit with a doctor today. Well... while my vitals were bing taken (why they hafta check my temperature just to tell me my back muscles are too tense, I don't know), they checked my weight. After sitting at between 232 and 236 pounds for the last 8 months... I have gotten down to 226lbs! That's a 7lb drop from the last time i weighed myself (Week 1 day 1 of my FT program). I am currently on Week 3 Day 2. Seven pounds in two weeks... that's a good start as far as I'm concerned.
Oh... I plan to. I just got some money to spend on supplements too. Got some EAS PhosphagenHP and I'm getting some protein tonight. I'm going for something with over 30g per serving. At 1.5g per Kg of bodyweight, I need about 140g/day protein. Since I grocery shop for the whole family, I have to sacrifice on food a bit (or drive my grocery bill through the roof)... for that reason I need some serious protein supplement action.
