i did a 12 week and this is my last 8 week program. both programs was intermediate should i go advance in my third program. in my last 8 week program i always did at least two more sets including my regular workout, just to feel that it was a good work out. any other Tips also welcome. thanks
man i'm on this programe to add 50 pounds to my one rep max bench press and it has been workin real good ... i started it 2 weeks a go and the whol thing will take me 14 weeks...
in 2 weeks i have added 10 pounds to my 1repMax ... its really amazing... i weight 140 and my 1rep max was 160, today i did 172.6... the programe totally pushs you to the limits .. may be you guys might wanna have a look at it and then try it after your program is done.... it really does work...
