I finished a 12 week ab blast. My second program is very light. I got use to working out my ABS 4 days a week 3 to 4 sets, now its half of what I use to do. Should I do what they say and add 2 more of my own workout?
you lose fat from eating less and/or doing more exercise not by working abs.. my abs workout consists of weighted pre-stretched crunches, sidebends and russian twists twice per week
