Ok was talking to a friend of mine a little while ago and he doesn't really target specific muscles.. diet or anything like that. He claims at the gym they tested and said he was less than 5% BF which I think is BS. He says that its because he is just a smaller guy and that because i'm really thin and sorta built i'm probably under 5% too.. which of course I think is impossible. How does BF work and would someone who is really thin have a low BF percentage.
