I feel that I've got my excercise routine sorted, but my nutrition lets me down.

Would it be possible for you to help me build a nutrition routine/diet.

If so let me know what details you need other than....

Metabolic Rate - Slow - difficulty losing fat

Activity Level - Medium - moderate

Nutritional Goal - Progressive Gains
