can anybody please help me? i am on my 5th week home training plan,(enjoying emmensly)& i am also doing the 12 week ab program,on the 5th week of the ab program i am required to do vertical bench presses,help,i dont have one,only a flat bench,can anyone offer me an idea of any alternative excersice i could do,that will work the same muscles?? thankyou in advance, Ali
