Anyone know how to like make your own protein shake without using the packages you buy at the store? Like yogurt, and fruit and stuff? Thatd be cheap huh?

good - cheap idea!.. try milk + banana + some ice cream. Basically milk + bananas + whatever is good. You get your protein as well as carbs in there..

Milk, bananas and ice cream are my favorites. A couple of scoops of Slim-Fast will give added protein as well as vitamins, etc. Good stuff!!

Myself , i often get a glass of milk , one scoop of supplements and add some yogurt in there, i try to mix up flavors so i often get some cool new tastes :)

In the end, a 35lbs of supplements can last me up to 4 months, which cost me 120$ with tax so 30 bux a month. Cheap enuff 4 me.

Buy your supps in BIG quantities so in the end, its cheaper , much cheaper , at least thats how it is around here.

Yea..I prefer the packets...mostly because I'm lazy..rip, pour, shake, drink...

try using milk powder mixed in with milk if you buy it in the supermarket its dehydrated milk, but it in a health stroe its called whey and cost more. trowing a banana, some honey and some wheatgerm. :o)
