man this thing is great! i tried it for the first time and i absolutely love it. i was also very surprised with the amoutn of weight that i handled. i put on a 45 and was able to do ten. next time im uppin the weight. if you havent tried this exercise i highly recomend it.
I told you it would work. Weighted dips are one of my favorite excercises. I'd highly recommend it to everyone. This is one of the best excercises for your tri's and lower chest.
