I read in one of your messages that you could help with nutrition plans.
If you get time I wondered if you could help.
I really need a plan that says right, at 11 am eat some tuna pasta ( 1 tin tuna 2 cups pasta ).
I done some reading into simple and complex carbs and understand the split.
My goals is to get as big as possible, with as little fat as possible. I've been training for about 3 years now and have made some good gains however i feel my diet lets me down ( especially at weekends ).
Any advice would be appriciated.
