Alright, Im a vegetarian but I eat cheese, eggs and drink milk. I dont eat any type of meat anymore and I have a bit of flab everywhere that I want to get rid of. I need to loose wieght around my chest and stomach the most and I was wondering what type of food should I eat and what type of exercise I should do that doesnt involve going to the gym (cos I dont live near one). Please Help.

Eat the same foods everyone else does minus whatever you're against.

I'm sure you can do some HIIT training just sprinting around. You can search for it and find something that explains it better than I can.
