Just started a cycle of 1-AD while I wait for my other pills to get here, wondering if anyone has any experience with it? I am doing the following cycle/stack:
1-AD 3 times a day (1-1-1) for 20 days stacked with Methyl1 TesTrenX 2 times a day (1-1). After 20 day cycle I will be doing a 10 day cycle of 1-AD 6 times a day (2-2-2) stacked with Methyl1 TesTrenX 2 times a day (1-1) After 30 day cycle I will be following up with 21 days of 6-oxo before I start the next cycle. Upped my protien a bit more, added Milk Thistle to my diet, upper my daily water intake by another liter or so. Wondered if anyone has had any results with this stack? I know I should expect to see results after day 10 or so, I gain pretty fast, should start to notice mass growing as well as body fat dropping. Next cycle will be some different stuff (M1T or Max Methyl Dien) to kick my system again, then a 30 day 6-oxo cycle and then off for 21 days or so. Just wondering what stacks people have seen best results with. I KNOW they work, so dont pull the "they dont work" pitch, just looking for EXPERIENCED answers here. i'm doing a 1-ad cycle now. 2 weeks and a day so far. i am putting on weight... a bit too easily. but i am gaining in the gym! today i've decided to re evaluate my diet as it's all about craving sugary stuff right now so i think i need to be getting more protein as i have felt ''success'' during my workouts. i say protein for the muscle recovery but my body is saying doughnut!!! i don't know if the 1-ad makes you hungry or not but i'm eating for england.

Well been on around a week now and am a believer. It has helped already, I gain fast but it has helped strength and size. Bad things :testostrone headaches (headaches from the extra test in my system, I am sure they will go away) and some ROUGH nightmares. I have the worst dreams! Did some research on the internet and it turns out..the nightmares and headaches are the 2 most common side effects. Like I said, I feel they work, and was told you dont see real results for 10 days or so..im on 5..so it looks good!

i wake up at 3pm(approx) every morning and seem to spend the next 6 hours enraged and horny. Too much info eh? But hey it's worth it just for that!!! I also get a little angry more so than before the cycle started. I mean I will shout and demand I win an argument. Definetly am lifting heavier and putting on ''FAT'' and if it's the pill doing it I have 3 little sores like acne on my chest like folliculitis. waist has gone up an inch bicep and chest an inch and 2 inches+ respectively. hamstring is an extra inch too, backside an inch. strength is appearing to be quickly gained. maybe I could do it without a pill?? i don't know the answer

When you guys say your strenght has gained how much are you talking per exercise per body part? Was thinking of getting some of that stuff as well, just wanted to know more how it works.

Dirt..I would say try it. Its nuts, I swear! I cant say per excersise how much more I am lifting, as I just life and if it isnt heavy enough I put more on, but roomate has noticed and she says its pretty good. I know that after 6 days now I am tossing weight with no problem. My workouts are longer now as I have more energy to lift harder. I am noticing the effects of the lifting, cant wait to see what its like 4 months from now! I will be doing 3 cycles (30 days on, 21 days PCT, 14 days off) to see what all it can do, if it sticks like this then look out!! I will be starting a KETO diet Sunday to help get the best results and fat loss. But all in all..VERY happy. The headaches are gone now and the nightmares stopped, I REALLY reccomend Zinc and Magnesium before bed to help with sleep though.

leg strength for me is a real plus for instance. I have now got my leg curl going 4 sets/10 reps at on 98 kilo and it's easy- I was on 91 kilo 3 sets/8 reps 4 weeks ago.
Leg press was 178 kilo 3 sets/14 reps(machines max) so now I've stuck an extra plate on 4 weeks on and do easily 188k for 4 sets/16 reps(first set can be 20 reps no bother) tricep french press exploded from 27k to 37.5k 4 sets/10 reps- the creatine also helps with a look of 'bigness' as the tape tells a story too 1 1/2 on the bicep so the tape hits 16'' now(hey,, it's good for me). I put on about 8 pounds in 4 weeks- now i've began the 6- oxo.. I'll report back but like hams were 23'' and are now 25'' chest 44'' but now 46.5'', waist not bad a rotund 36'' , no change there, still too fat but i look a little harder round the neck, bicep/tricep and shoulders |

Hey I am relatively new to bodybuilding and exercising and stuff and I bought 1-AD and I just a little worried since its some sort of steroid or something and I never had any health problems and just a little worried about the side effects and stuff, so do you think its wise for me to take this knowing that I am new to the sport and stuff.

Being "relatively" new to bodybuilding and exercising, you have no need or should you do 1AD. Leave it alone, get your diet and training in order first.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |
