One Repetition Maximum. This is the WEIGHT you can perform an exercise with ONCE. Using a calculator is usually the best and safest way to determine your 1RM, based on the amount of times you can lift a less heavy weight.

I find this works well for everything but deadlifts due to grip strength.

Yes, there is one on here.
Different calculators use different formulas. Bryzci formula does not work for me, as I am a powerlifter, so most of my work is done in the 90%+ range, so that is where I am strongest. Epley formula is similar. I find the landor calculator to be more accurate for me. Not that I really use them. I always know what my max at any given lift is.
