Hi! I recently baught my first suplement powder (Dymatize Elite Whey) and it says each serving should be one scoop!

I didn't get any scooper/spoon, so i was wondering how much 'one scoop' is exactly?

Actually - my bad

Just realised '1 scoop' is about 30g
