bench 185-200 is reasonable
squat 275-315 is reasonable

I don't know your deadlift...but it's vital....

You should be doing somehting between 315-350

well...I mean you can make gains of 50,100,100(bench, squat, deadlift)...but those are like at the upper end of the possibility of realm....I am trying to be more realistic...and even then I suggested fairly high gains

yoru maxes will depend on how much you wanan eat and how much bodyfat your willing to gain. Most want big maxes and lots of muscle......however don't want fat.......most rathe rkeep the small waist line than the bulkyness.

24 lb of lean mass in 3 months? 140 b increase in 3 months?

I am guessing if you took creatine....you'd get 10 lb of water gains...and even 14lb of lean mass is incredible in 3months....how do you calculate your lean muscle mass gains?

Also how did you measure your bench before and after? 140 in 3 months I am not even sure if it's possible on steroids....

You also cannot 'flush out' fat by drinking lots of water....

It's not totally impossible.... I gained 13 lbs in 8 weeks but I haven't got gains anywhere nearly as fast ever since.... don't know why that is but I plan to find out.

could be because you were on creatine (5-10lbs) and you gained a few pounds. Its not necessarily lean mass.
As for 24lbs in lean mass, it might be possible, but I don't see it happening without "assistance".
And 140lb increase in 3 months in a lift, I dont think that is possible even on gear.
Also, this is a dead post, and many of the posts have already been deleted.
