I'm 13 years old and lift heavy i have good form so there’s nothing to worry about.

Im just wondering what I should eat to achieve this ive been weightlifting for about 8 months. I had massive gains at the start and its just worn off since then im a hard trainer and will do anything to pursue this goal in this amount of time.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

You're 13. There's really no need to lift heavy. Your muscles will respond better to lighter weight with more reps (12-15 reps per set). You've hit a plateau because you keep doing the same thing over and over again and your muscles have habituated to that general routine. Start using the higher rep method and I bet you'll start seeing results again very soon.
