Hey guys!! Just wanted to know if anyone has any advice on how to train for a ten mile run in 5 months..thanks!!:big_smile:

Go to www.halhigdon.com he has proven training techniques for beginning to advanced runners. Almost all of my training for half marathons and races I did was through his books and guides.
