Last Friday I had an assesment done and came out with these results
Hieght 6ft
Wieght 218
13.3% Body Fat
62% water
189 Lean wieght
BMI 29.1
Where as at my last assement I was 30% Body fat at 251 and the first assement was 32% at 268.
Everyone says that I look very different I dont see it as much as they do but there is a change.
I just figured I would post because when I started I asked for advice on how to do it.
Pretty much at first it was all cardio and machine wieghts, where now it is almost all wieght training and cardio 1 or 2 times a week.
Now if only I could force myself to stay on a good diet not eat when I want

great job mate, I am 6ft and I wanna be around 215 with that kind of BFP %
more hard work in the gyn I guess
