I would like to lose 10 pounds in 17 dyas for school. I want to go back and not be ultra skinny but I don't want my stomach to be hanging over my pants(which my stomach is getting there) The past 2 days I've been eating alot of fruit and I lost a pound but is there an easier way for me to lose 10 pounds without me starving myself?

That is sort of what I would like to do....and also tone up and start to gain more muscle. Not sure if that is possible tho.

I really don't think there is away to lose that much weight in 17days that is considered healthy. I think you could lose it in a couple months just by watching what you eat and drinking plenty of water and exercising. Good Luck and becareful with that weight loss.

Sorry to say, but a safe amout of weight to lose in a week is one to two pounds.... the best way is through a healthy diet and exercise... lots of information is available on this site.... poke around, ask some questions, do some searching and you'll reach your goal safe and healthy...

Dont focus ont he weight as much as body fat. You can lose 5 pounds in a day and gain back 7 the next and it could all be water. Acually if you want to avoid monitoring body fat just go by how wekk your pants fit.
Keep a clean diet and exercise no great secret there.

:surprised: Well... Theres one thing on your dieting though... It's better if you only eat three -4 fruits a day and just be drinking a whole lot of water. That'll help with the weight loss

The quickest and best way to lose weight is slowly. Get your diet under control and add a strength training and cardio routine. think of it this way: It took you a while to gain the weight, it's gonna take a while to lose it.
