I was searching the internet and came across this article claiming to add an inch on your arms in 1 day. Its a 12 hour 1 day workout. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this and would it work? Here is the Link

Remember,
some people are prone to make false promises. Those people always find someone who wants to get results over night. They tell people what they want to hear. And naive people believe it. I recomend you not to be so naive. Pick up weights and start regular exercise. You will see results gradually. Do not expect to to see 1 inch gains in 12 hours. Take into account that a 12 hour long workout may cause sever damages to your helalth (joints, bones, muscles, mind) Remember: Easy come, easy go.... |

There really is a good one called The One day arm cure by Charles Poliquin. He is a reknowned trainer, highly sought after for top dollar. Do a search, I posted it before. If I was going to do one, this would be it. Glancing over the one you posted, I see it as an advertisement for Muscletech product use.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |

BB1 it says that "You may also want to take in about 0.45 g of creatine per kg of body weight over the next five days, in addition to loading up on anti-oxidants."
I am 18 I dont really think at my age I really need creatine is it fine to do this routine without it? ============ Quoting from bb1fit: There really is a good one called The One day arm cure by Charles Poliquin. lol sstump...
yea i read these workouts in flex and always shake my head at the bull$hit that they put in there at times.... for any who reads this.... SKIP THE 1-2 INCH IN A DAY WORKOUTS.....THEY ARE BULL$HIT.....DO IT THE OLD FASHIONED WAY....THERE'S NO WAY YOU'LL KEEP THE RESULTS..... i really hope people will stop looking for the easy ways out....these are the same people who workout 'for the ladies, to have exact number ready when some1 asks them how much they bench, or how big their arms are'.....in the big picture this is all crap...who cares....lift for your health, improved mood, better confidence, being able to handle stress better...etc....things that matter and make you a better person....having a 6pack is cool...but what does it matter? lets say u get a gf....so will u stop working out because u won't need to impress the ladies any longer? sorry this became a rant but I'd like to drive a point home....even if I say this in more than 1 post take care | |
