Just wondering how you are supposed to fill in the lbs section in the ab program for things like crunches. My very first exercise are simple crunches with no weights or anything, but there is a spot to fill in weight used for the progress charts. Anyone know?

Just put in a '0' till you start using weights for resistance.

You should really try and place a weight plate on your chest when doing your crunches. All your doing is burning calories if you don't use weight. Implement weight when you can.
