Im only three weeks into the 12 week ab program. I have been eating great, and have been doing all the ab workouts given (except I've replaced seated twists with side leg raises, I hope thats ok?) and I have been doing my weight plan the site has given me too.
However, I am only seeing improvements (quite major actually) in my arms. I have not seen really any improvements in my chest and abs. Am I doing something wrong or does it take awhile? And one more questions, the 12 week program dosn't just consist of crunches, leg raises, and seated twists, right? It throws in other exercises later I assume? Thank you so much!:dumbbell: |

You'll get different exercises as you progress in the program. Don't forget to use weight resistance your abs are like any other muscle. Everyone has a six pack you just have to get rid of the fat on top. a 6 pack will only be achieved thru an extremely clean diet. On another note results take time as a beginner you will changes rather quickly in some areas and others will need more work depending on genetics and you might not see other changes due to where your body stores fat. Good Luck

There is abs machine for weight, i use them a lot but... I don t know why my abs become so 'big' (compare to my other muscle) that, it doesn t look that nice now :surprised:...
And if you just started, like me (4 mounth) if you are a hard gainer skinny boy... You ll see result after 2 mounth and see all the muscle after 6 |

There is no same equation for everyone. Everyone is different.for lying front kicks you can put a dumbell between your feet and for crunches you can do cable crunches get a bench got to a pulley machine hook up a rope and do some crunches with resistance.

I don't know about the bloat feeling, but your abs are muscles like any other and when you work them they will get bigger and usually if you have a high enough body fay % to where your abs aren't showing they can push up the fat thats laying on top just like your biceps or chest ect... not sure if thats what ya mean.gl

Thanks for that quick answer, what i meant by the bloat thing is, instead of finding results with my abs exercise i find all my hard work as useless, what would be the best exercise I could use in which i could do it in the gym everyday...hope you give me a detailed answer on this, on the food to eat and food to avoid...thank you very much!!!

I'm not exactly sure what your trying to ask. Abs are muscles like any other like I said and therefor you need to rest them like you do other muscle groups. You should never exercise any muscle group every day. Sign up for a program on here and as for what food to eat check out the specific diets forum and look for the thumb tac for a grocery list for a bodybuilder and shop off that list if it's not on there don't eat it.

hey philip and welcome to FT. Great site here. Before posting a question try doing a search at the bottom. The subject of fat loss has been talked about over and over, so you'll easily find tons of info. gl
