This program is for advanced members that feel they have reached a plateau and cannot make any further gains. This program helps you break through that plateau and put on extra mass while doing so.
Note: If you join this program you get no flexibility as to what muscle groups you want to focus on or how many days per week you want to train. It is a four-day split for 12 weeks with two weeks off at the end, during which your body gets its much needed recovery time. It is strict and meant only for those who can take the challenge. This program is not easy.
