Hi, I just thought I'd post and find out how often people that are doing this program, or have done it, are finding themselves increasing the weight.
Typically, I would just be feeling it out for myself, and judging, but I've had some stuff going on in my life which is really hurtin my motivation. And now, although in the past i was finding myself increasing the weight almost weekly for most exercises, I find myself now not having the energy (because of my mindset) to finish off those last few reps and telling myself that "typically, people wont be increasing every week" so, therefore i don't end up going for it.
Any help with this would be great, thanks a lot.
