hey guys. i am just wondering if this 12 week mass special program is really worth it. have you tried it? good results? it just seems like i would be working out less than i am now. is this program for real?
You have to realize no matter what program you do, all the exercises are the same.... bench press is a bench press...
and yes working out less is better...but keep in mind that being concentrated through the whole workout is the key... you`ll see that it`s not how many days you workout it`s how effective your workouts are....
so give it a try...for the whole 12 weeks ...you can`t judge a program after 3 weeks.......
I'm now starting the 12th week of the special mass program, I tell you that in those 12 weeks I went down from 17% to 15% of body fat and my weight didn't change at all..my waste decreased by half an inch and my arms never increased by about 1\8 inch, in 12 weeks!!!that's owesome Amr
