Hey, I just signed up for the site and i was looking at the 12 week program they give and as it happens, I love to do all the exercises it outlines for week 1, so I'm pretty interested in trying it out. THe only thing I'm questioning is the fact that it seem each body part is only worked out once a week. I've always been told that 48 hours rest is best. I'm just afraid that i wont see the best results possible. Can anyone let me know if you will see significant results with this program. Thanx alot

jinx, welcome to ft. Though the mass program seems to only work the muscle groups once a week, you will actually be working them twice.....once primarily and once secondarily. For example, your biceps are secondary muscles to most back exercises, as are your tris for most chest work. Many shoulder exercises incorporate back (and at times chest) muscles, as do several leg exercises. Either way, you will be getting enough work on each muscle group if you lift intensely with heavy weights. I gained 20 lbs of lean muscle on the program, so it definitely does work. Your diet is the biggest factor as far as that goes, though.

Hey jinx. I've always heard that 48 hours is the minimum amount of time you should give a body part to recover before you work out again.
